I commit to providing high-quality and professional astrology consultations that give you the tools you need to realize your potential and attain your desired goals.

Your Commitment to Me

I ask that you commit to taking the consultation experience seriously by remaining open to the insights offered in your natal chart, as well as following up with any feedback and questions after our time together. While I will do my best to answer any clarifying points, if your follow-up questions are extensive, I do ask that you book an additional session.

Astrology Session Format

Consultations will take place over Zoom. I understand that some people are not comfortable showing their face during Zoom meetings, so you are absolutely free to keep your camera off. During the session we will look over your chart together, discovering the blessings and challenges of your chart placements. We’ll also look at upcoming planetary transits related to your specific questions to give you an idea of what to expect in the near future and how to respond constructively to the circumstances life brings. The session will be recorded so you can have a record of our consultation for future reference. You will also get a copy of your natal chart and a list of any important transits ahead.

Preparing For Your Session

You should have your birth date, time and location ready when booking your consultation. You may need to locate your birth certificate, attain a long-form copy of your birth record from your state or country, or contact the hospital where you were born to get an accurate birth time. Unfortunately, I do not specialize in rectifications in order to ascertain a speculative birth time.

Confidentiality

I adhere to the highest standards of client confidentiality — all information shared during the course of the consultation is held strictly private and cannot be discussed with anyone but the client. (Note: I am required by Hawaii law to report any information received about the abuse of minors.)

Refunds, Cancellations and Disputes

Refunds and cancellations can be made 48-hours prior to our consultation. No refunds or cancellations on the day of the consultation, however we can work together to find you a new time should you need to change your appointment. Should you have a dispute, or if you are dissatisfied with your experience, please reach out and we can work together to resolve your concerns in a mutually beneficial way.
